Shipping rates are calculated by weight + delivery destination, and include the cost of any taxes upfront so you won't be charged later on.
Returns and Refunds
We guarantee your incense products will be groovy as ever and that you’ll love them so much you’ll want to get more. That said, all sales are final and non-refundable. We cannot accept any returns, with an exception of damages on a case-by-case basis and aim to ship items as securely as possible, and quality check all orders before shipment.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Damaged Items
